The Homemaker Notice of Intent (NOI) is a process in which Homemaker and Personal Care Providers who wish to contract with Aging Services Access Points (ASAPs) are validated by the Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA). New Providers (“Bidders”) provide corporate information and bid their proposed hourly billing rate, and existing Providers confirm the accuracy […]
Due to a number of reported issues and questions by both Providers and ASAPs, EOEA has extended the FY13 NOI application deadline to Friday, September 28, 2012, from September 14. EOEA will continue to try and address NOI issues as quickly as possible, but please be patient. For any questions or concerns, please email homemaker.noi@state.ma.us.

The Homemaker Notice of Intent (NOI) application and submission deadline for FY2012 has been extended to Monday, October 17, 2011.
Please note that the Executive Office of Elder Affairs has extended the Homemaker NOI Application submission deadline to Monday, September 13, 2010. Download 2010_09_07_NOI_deadline_extension (pdf).
The new Contract Management System and application process is now live and available for FY2011 contracting.
