As of 7am this morning (9/30/13), the HNOI Application Process has been opened. Already approved providers may update their information, but do not need to complete a new application for FY2014. The deadline for submittng new applications is 11:59pm, October 11, 2013.

Due to a number of reported issues and questions by both Providers and ASAPs, EOEA has extended the FY13 NOI application deadline to Friday, September 28, 2012, from September 14. EOEA will continue to try and address NOI issues as quickly as possible, but please be patient. For any questions or concerns, please email homemaker.noi@state.ma.us.
